When you want to eat a pizza, and time for its preparation does not, try to cook an Italian dish in my prescription directly in the pan! Simple, fast and sooooo delicious! It takes 10 minutes!
Preparation:
First, we need to prepare the dough. To do this, we mix five tablespoons of mayonnaise, five tablespoons of sour cream, two eggs, a pinch of salt and flour. Flour will take approximately 9-10 tablespoons. The dough should have a sufficiently liquid.
Now pour dough into a cold pan after coating it with vegetable oil. Well flatten and spread on top of the filling.
For the filling, I usually use what is in the refrigerator: the sausage or sausage, tomatoes, olives, pickles, pepper, boiled chicken, etc.
Sprinkle fairly thick layer of grated cheese and put it on the stove over medium-low heat.
A few minutes later the cheese is melted and pizza will be there.
