This risotto is satisfying and very tasty! Resist such a treat impossible. This dish can be prepared during Lent. Also, it is very fond of children. Write down the recipe!
Preparation:
In large kettle pour half a cup of vegetable oil. Do not be afraid of the amount of oil. The pilaf it should always be a lot of: oil makes pilaf crumbly and at the same time school.
Fry one carrot, cut into strips or small cubes.
Add a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Also add to the cauldron dried fruits - dried cherries, raisins, dried apricots, prunes, etc.
Now add a little cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of turmeric and quite a bit of nutmeg. Fry all together for 2-3 minutes.
Now laying in the kettle 1 cup of washed rice, stuck in it a few walnuts and fill with water (do not stir!). Water should be enough to cover the rice by about 1 cm.
Close the lid and bring to a readiness of rice, about 20 minutes. Only then our sweet pilaf with dried fruits can be mixed.
Spread on plates and pour honey.
