Carrots in Korean - a delicious salad, which is prepared in almost every family. There are many cooking options, but in our family for several years, used only one that I will describe below. Carrot obtained just super!
Preparation:

Lightly squeeze the carrots, remove excess juice.
Now add in the carrots one teaspoon of salt, one tablespoon of sugar, two tablespoons of vinegar 9%, a mixture of pepper to taste and mix everything thoroughly.
Next, leave carrots for 15 minutes so that it soaked.
At this time, prepare the filling. Heated in a pan 50 ml of vegetable oil, add 1-2 garlic cloves (cut into thin plates). Fry garlic for one minute, then add to hot filling carrots.
