Take 500 grams of cheese of any fat content. Adding one egg, 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of semolina, vanillin. Optionally, you can add raisins. Only pre zaparte boiling water for 10 minutes.

Roll out dough thickness of 5 mm. Cut into squares measuring 15x15 cm. Put into one tablespoon of cheese and wrap the "envelopes".

Put the tarts on a greased and floured baking sheet. Leave for 15 minutes, the dough is proofed. Send for 15-20 minutes in preheated oven. Bake at 180 degrees.
