Ingredients:

Fish herring - 500g

Black tea (strong) - 1 cup
Vegetable oil - half cup
Pepper black pepper - 5 pcs
Bay leaf - 1-2 pc

Herring we only sold in frozen form. Therefore, the first fish are thawed, disemboweled. Head cut off. Tails can also be cut, and can be left - as you wish.

Onion peel pour 500ml of water and boil for 40 minutes. Also brew tea.

Ready onion broth mix of tea, add vegetable oil, salt and sugar.

Fish spread in a baking dish in one layer. It is unacceptable that herring had on each other. Otherwise, during the preparation of the fish will break, it is very fragile.

Fish put pepper, bay leaf and pour the tea and onion mixture.

Important: pour the marinade so that the fish was not fully covered by them, but only half. It all depends on the shape and how large herring. Perhaps all the marinade and do not need.

Put shape in the oven, the temperature of 180 degrees. After 15 minutes diminish temperature to 120 degrees and simmer for another hour or slightly longer (depending on the size of fish).

Sprats can also be a little dry. Either cook until complete evaporation of the liquid longer, or add heat.

Ready sprats in the form of reserve until cool and then we shift into a bowl. In the hot fish is very fragile.
