Cutlets under a fur coat. Juicy and delicious

Today for lunch I cook delicious, juicy, just great burgers under a fur coat. This recipe - a great way to make the usual burgers more interesting and tasty. Take the prescription note.

The ingredients that we need:

Minced meat - 500g
Eggs - 1 pc
Baton - 1-2 slices
Milk - 100ml
Cheese - 150gr
Tomato - 1 piece
Butter - 30g
Mayonnaise - 1-2 tablespoons
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable oil

First, prepare the stuffing for cutlets. Minced meat, mix with eggs, a loaf of bread, soaked in milk and mayonnaise. Add in minced salt and pepper to taste.

Now cheese (take the first 30 grams, as much as the oil and butter), cut into small pieces. Cut and butter.

Then wet hands form a flat patties (type for burger), put in the middle of a piece of cheese and a piece of butter. Edges connect and trimming, giving oval patties. Thus, the filling should get inside.

In a frying pan with vegetable oil fried patties until golden brown. Fire strong enough to literally fry for 2 minutes on each side.

Now patties with oil in which they were fried, we shift into a baking dish. On each circle put a cutlet tomatoes, then sprinkle with the remaining cheese (grate). Top can be a little more mayonnaise grease. If you are afraid that the patties will stick, you can add a little water to form.

Bake in oven at 200gradusov approximately 40-45 minutes. Delicious juicy meatballs ready under a fur coat! Bon appetit, my dear friends!
