I just thought. We are constantly talking about losing weight, we want to lose weight, we are losing weight, losing weight, weighing ourselves, counting calories, monitoring BJU.
But the most important thing is to preserve our health, and possibly even improve it.
Agree that our health should come first. But everything else is just a way to maintain it.
Including, getting rid of extra pounds, since overweight and obesity are the cause of many serious diseases - with blood vessels, joints, heart.
Does your back hurt? Are your legs swollen? Are you sweating, should you move a little? Is it hard for you to walk and your legs start to hurt if you walked just a little? All this is basically your excess weight. It is he who interferes with fully enjoying life, feeling good and fluttering like a bird.

Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of59kg.
Sunday is my home. We rested in the first half of the day, and in the second I did a little work.
For breakfast, I had my favorite sandwiches on whole grain bread (65 g) with curd cheese (20 g) and lightly salted chum salmon (60 g).
Breakfast came out on 360 kcal.
At breakfast I drank green tea, an omega capsule and vitamin D.
In the afternoon I had a snack - 25 g of peanuts, 30 g of dried cranberries and green tea.
It turned out to be a snack for 230 kcal.
I would like to say about peanuts. There are those who begin to write about its dangers. I am surprised by the double standards. That is, peanut butter is advertised PP products and it is possible, but natural nuts in small quantities are something terrible.
When will we already adhere to the golden mean and take everything more calmly, without rushing from red to extreme?
Yesterday we stopped by the shops and I very successfully bought a turkey drumstick fillet. I decided to cook it for everyone for lunch today.
Lunch - turkey drumstick fillet (stewed and slightly fried in its own juice in a non-stick frying pan - 150 g), baked potatoes (160 g) and vegetable salad (110 g).
The lunch turned out to be quite satisfying for 430 kcal.
After dinner, I rested a little, watched a movie - Sunday is still. And in the late afternoon I worked at the computer.
And for dinner I just wanted cottage cheese (150 g) with yogurt (50 g) and added cranberries left over from the snack.
Dinner for 270 kcal.
In just a day today came out 1290 kcal. I observed the drinking regime. I didn't do any physical education today.
