My husband just loves beef jerky, and always prepares his own - does not trust me. Recipe decided to share with you, suddenly someone come in handy.
What is needed for cooking:
meat (pork or beef) - 1 kg
Salt - 150g Brine + 50g for breading
water - 3 liters
pepper - 6-7 pc
Carnation - 2-3 pc
bay leaf - 1 pc
dried garlic - 2 teaspoons
coriander - 2 tsp
Grain mustard - 1 tsp
Meat (sirloin) take chilled, frozen is not suitable. Ideally, if it is a piece of rectangular shape. A piece cut into two equal parts in half.
Now prepare the brine. The pour water pan, put salt, pepper, bay leaf, clove. Brine boil. then, cooled brine put meat, close the lid and remove the pan in refrigerator for 1.5 days.
