As I prepare soup of salmon

Today for lunch I cook soup of my favorite fish - salmon. I share with you my recipe, it is very simple, and it turns out delicious ear!

Preparation:

For soup, I usually use the leftovers from butchering salmon, it often tails, fins and some unsightly pieces that for some reason did not come for baking.

Pour water and cook the broth, removing scum. Add salt and pepper to your taste. After 30 minutes, the fish removed. Fillet is separated from the bones, disassemble into small pieces and then return to the pot.

Add 2 potatoes, diced. Together with potatoes lays 3-4 tablespoons of wheat. If you like a thick ear, the wheat can and put a little more.

Also in the ear, I add one finely chopped onion and a small carrot. Sometimes I just put them in a pot, and sometimes a little fried.

I cook all together until cooked millet and potatoes. For 5 minutes until cooked, you can put a bay leaf. Posted soup with fresh herbs.
