Today I decided to cook for his family lazy jelly. A very simple recipe with no problems, I think it will appeal to many of my readers. So take note!

What ingredients are needed:

Meat products (ham, pork, sausage, tongue, ham - in general, that is) - 600gr
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Broth - 2 liters
Gelatin - 4 tbsp
Green onions - 2-3 feathers

First diluted gelatin small amount of broth. Once it swells, dilute it in the rest of the warm broth.

Finely chop the meat ingredients - strips or cubes, as you wish. Spread the "meat" of containers or other containers, which will prepare a lazy jelly.

On top put a little minced garlic, finely chopped onion. If you do not like onions, then we can do without it. Fill the cooled down soup. In this case, we pour the broth is not all, you need to leave a little bit.

Put the container in the refrigerator. Once aspic "grab", made up the remaining broth and then put in the refrigerator.
