An impossibly simple casserole with potatoes and minced meat

Ingredients:

1 kg of potatoes
500 gr. minced meat
carrot
onion
tomato
hard cheese to taste
greens (onion, parsley)
5 tbsp. l. sour cream
egg
vegetable oil
salt
ground black pepper

How to cook:

1. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.

2. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices (grater / shredder) or grate into shavings.

3. Put half of the potatoes in the mold.

4. Chop carrots and onions, sauté a little in vegetable oil (which is not necessary, it is fashionable to leave it raw) and mix with minced meat.

5. Salt and pepper the minced meat and spread evenly on the potatoes. Top with a second layer of potatoes.

6. Place the mold in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

7. Beat the egg with sour cream and salt with a fork. Take out the form, pour the mixture.

Sprinkle with chopped herbs and cheese as desired. You can add tomato circles.

8. Put the mold again in the oven for another 30-40 minutes. If the potatoes are grated, they cook very quickly.

Done! Spent about an hour of time and most of it is baking in the oven. And the result is wonderful!
