In order to have turned these tasty burgers, you will need the following products:

  • minced beef - 400g
  • egg - 1 pc
  • onions - 2 pcs
  • lard - 100g
  • mutton fat - 50g
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • salt and pepper

The process of preparing hamburgers:

In the beef add the egg, salt and pepper to taste, stir.

Bacon cut into small pieces, mutton fat - thin strips. If the taste of lamb you do not like - use bacon. Garlic grind knife.

A little bit of lard is put aside, the rest is spread on a pan and lightly we heat, add the garlic, fry a little mutton fat.

Add the sliced ​​onion rings, a pinch of salt, pepper, fry until cooked onions.

From minced form a cake thickness of at least 0.5 cm. Board sprinkled with flour, spread the cake of minced meat. In the center of each put onions with bacon, on top of a little pent-fat and form patties. Onions with bacon must be within the burgers.
