Gogoshary in Moldovan for the winter: piping delicious!

I offer you a simple, but very tasty recipe harvesting sweet peppers with unusual shapes without any problems.

This jar in the winter-spring period perfectly diversifies your home menu will please the eye with bright colors.

Gogosharami called bell peppers green, red or yellow in color with an interesting spherical shape and lobular surface.
Yet the pepper is known as ratunda.

With what they eat pickled gogoshary: potatoes, added to salads, but it is best to kebab or red meat.

Ingredients for 1 liter jar:

1 kg pepper gogoshary (ratunda)
1 clove garlic
125 ml water
80 ml of vegetable oil
80 ml apple cider vinegar
50 oz. Sahara
0.5 tsp salt
3 pcs. leafs
1 clove bud
3 pcs. allspice

Preparation:

1. Gogoshary wash, remove the tails and seeds, cut into slices. If the fruit is very large, then cut the slices in half yet.
Important: Recipe gogoshar Set weight already cleared, so it is best to take this into account peppers.

2. Mix all the ingredients of the marinade, bring to the boil and lowered into the marinade peeled garlic cloves.

3. Put in a marinade of the peppers so that they almost sank, cover pan with a lid and cook for 3 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, sterilize the jars and boil cover.

5. Transfer the peppers to dry sterile jar and cover the lid.

6. Lower in the next batch of marinade pepper, boil for 3 minutes in a jar. A given quantity of the ingredients is enough for 4 sets.

7. Like all peppers will boil the marinade and packed in a jar, pour them on top of the remaining hot marinade.

Bank immediately roll and flip the lid, cover with a blanket until cool.

Once the jars have cooled down - put into the refrigerator for three days. After such cooling gogoshary in Moldovan perfectly stored in the conditions of the apartment.
