Simple and delicious - the key to quality! His story begins salad in the days of the USSR, when the young went hiking and barely survived on a scholarship. Hearty salad, juicy, does not take much time to cook: you just need a little warm up. I'm sure will please both tourists and students, and anyone else.

Preparation:

Take for starting vegetables: 500g of ripe tomatoes 250g of sweet peppers, carrots and onions. I wash them, clean and cut. Tomatoes with pepper chop into small cubes, onion - half rings, carrots and big three on a grater. Then pour 100 ml of vegetable oil in a pan, put on fire and wait until boils. There adding chopped onion and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Next, add the remaining ingredients every 10 minutes. First, carrots, tomatoes followed, after talking rice, which must first thoroughly rinsed. The latter is added pepper, stir.

After 10 minutes, add half a tablespoon of salt and a little more sugar, 1 tablespoon will be enough. So, it all simmer until rice ready, add 20ml of vinegar and mix thoroughly.

Now you can lay out on the jars our delicious salad! As soon as we have them spin, flip, put on the lid and leave to cool. "Breakfast tourist" is ready! Take with you, we prepare for the winter and eat with pleasure!
