Our family has a fish - a favorite dish. I cook it in different ways, but lately we really fell in love with fish baked in the oven on salt. It turns out fantastic !!!
Preparation:
We need fish, spices and, in fact, salt. As you can see, everything is very accessible. Fish (take any, what is at hand) with a clean, disemboweled, and my little obsushivayut using paper towels.
Now we take the tray and pour it pack salt. Just do not use iodized. Take the most ordinary. Baking is not necessary to pre-oiled!
Flatten salt so as to obtain a layer of at least 1-1.5 cm. Put salt on top of the fish, previously rubbed it with spices. It is possible to put a slice of lemon. Close the top of the fish in foil and bake in the oven until cooked.
Note: the fish do not need to add salt! It will absorb the salt and couples will just amazing, Yum! Bon Appetit!
