Chicken goulash with potato garnish

Ingredients: small or 4 large potatoes, chicken breasts, medium carrots, onions, tomato, bulgarian pepper, garlic, adjika, tomato paste, flour, water, vegetable oil for frying, salt, pepper, dill and parsley, Sahara

Cooking method:

Prepare all ingredients, peel potatoes, carrots, garlic.

Cut the chicken into strips.

Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil and fry the chicken until light brown.

Cut the potatoes into 4 parts or in half and put in cold salted water, cook over medium heat until tender.

Cut the carrots into strips (you can grate them), bell peppers into strips, onion into half rings, tomato into half rings.

Add flour, stir

Add water, mix everything and add the donated chicken.

Add herbs, salt, pepper and sugar to balance the taste, cook for another 3 minutes over medium heat, at the end sugar and mix, our goulash is ready)).

Serve with crushed potatoes, decorate with cherry tomatoes, you can also serve with buckwheat, pasta or any side dish you like), bon appetit)).
