To understand what a calorie deficit is and why it is tasty and easy to lose weight on it - a quick reference:

Without limiting yourself in products, without cutting back on the diet to lettuce leaves and celery stalks, you can safely, slowly, come to your ideal weight.

Today I want to share with you a recipe for baked nests with fillings.

✅For cooking, I needed the following products:

  • for minced meat I used chicken breast fillet (880 g), turkey thigh fillet (475 g) and onion (150 g).
  • champignons (I have frozen) - 250 g,
  • semi-hard cheese or better suluguni, it has less calories (110 g),
  • onions - 30 g,
  • milk 2.5% - 100 g,
  • black pepper, salt, dry garlic, paprika, favorite herbs (I took the Herbs of Greece),
  • chicken eggs by the number of nests stuffed with eggs (or quail eggs (3 pcs per nest).

✅Cooking.

Let's start with minced meat. Let's turn the meat with onions, add salt, dry garlic, black pepper and paprika. We knead the minced meat well.

From minced meat we form nests of the size and quantity you need.

From the specified amount of minced meat, 8 large mince nests are obtained.

I will make a reservation right away so that there are no questions, I baked only 6 pieces and put the minced meat in the freezer for 2 pieces.

We put the formed nests in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Let's get down to stuffing.

Fry finely chopped small onion in a non-stick frying pan without oil. If in doubt about your frying pan, brush it with a drop of oil.

Add mushrooms to the onion, salt, pepper, sprinkle dry garlic and simmer until the excess liquid evaporates (you can even gently drain the excess liquid).

Then pour out the milk and simmer for a few more minutes over low heat so that it does not boil.

Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.

We take out the nests from the oven. And we stuff them.

I prepared 4 pieces with mushroom filling: I put mushrooms in minced meat nests and sprinkled with cheese.

And 2 nests with an egg: I slept with cheese and laid out quail eggs on top.

I put it in the oven for 7 minutes so that the cheese melted, but did not become a crust, and the yolk of the eggs did not cook completely.

Good appetite! Slim tasty and satisfying!
