The taste of this sweet dessert familiar to many people born in the USSR. This recipe I took from my old notebook, which was used when preparing a child. Despite the fact that today the selection of all kinds of sweets is very large, chocolate sausage in this recipe appreciated by all family members. Here is detailed step by step instructions.

1. Melt in a pan butter (200 g).

2. Add to the butter sugar (1 cup), cocoa (4 tablespoons) split raw chicken eggs (2 pieces).

3. Mix thoroughly, bring almost to boiling, Stirring constantly.

4. shred Cookies (500 grams) and pour it into the resulting chocolate mixture. Again, mix thoroughly.

5. The resulting mass spread on the foil, or plastic wrap, roll into sausage and put in the refrigerator. It is better to use plastic wrap or, as we did earlier, a plastic bag.
