Salad "White Hare" - getting ready for the New Year

Ingredients:

400 gr. ham
300 gr. mushrooms
3 potatoes
2 carrots
3 pickled cucumbers
4 eggs
300 gr. mayonnaise
salt to taste

For decoration:

2 paper ears
1 olive
a slice of carrot
greens

How to cook:

1. Boil potatoes and carrots until tender, cool, peel, grate. Chop or grate the ham also finely.

2. Mushrooms can be taken canned or fresh. Then the fresh ones must first be boiled. For the salad, grind the mushrooms in a blender.

3. Grate pickled cucumbers.

4. Peel boiled eggs, divide into white and yolk, grate into different dishes.

5. We collect salad! To do this, lay the ingredients on a dish in layers, immediately forming the shape of a hare. All layers of salad must be greased with mayonnaise.

The layers are:

  • potatoes - mayonnaise
  • ham - mayonnaise
  • cucumbers - mayonnaise
  • egg yolks - mayonnaise
  • carrot - mayonnaise
  • mushrooms - mayonnaise
  • protein

6. Next, the hare needs ears, which can be made from Chinese cabbage or from paper. And also make him eyes and a nose.

An important point! The ears need to be prepared, and set only when serving!

Sprinkle with chopped herbs around the edges of the dish. Cherry tomatoes, beans or something else will add brightness.

Put the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
