Only by controlling your diet can you maintain the weight that we have reached. And it doesn't matter how we came to weight - fasting, sitting on a rigid diet or counting calories. In any case, in order not to recruit everything that they got rid of with such difficulty, there must be constant control of nutrition.

Calorie counting and calorie deficit is one of the rational and balanced ways to lose weight, in which you not only lose weight, but also get used to control of nutrition and further maintain your weight becomes easier.

Breakfast today is simply the best in the world!

I'm just so happy about some fish. Since I really love salted and smoked fish, the long absence of it in the diet just knocks me out of my rut and I can’t think about anything other than a fish🤣.

Someone from the sweet can not be, but I have trouble with the fish.

Only the salty fish did not prevent me from losing weight and achieving a result that I did not even dream of. But in those days when I excluded all products that are considered enemies of weight loss, I was starving - it was just that I could not lose weight due to eternal breakdowns.

So, breakfast - 50 g of whole grain rye bread and 100 g of cold smoked butter.

Breakfast for 305 kcal.

After breakfast, we again went to sunbathe and swim. Still, my husband's vacation. But today I have already said that we have a rest in the first half of the day, and in the second half of the day do not touch me - we have to work.

On vacation I had a snack with curd baskets with raspberries (140 g) - 265 kcal.

Many people complain that they cannot eat in the heat. And as I am torn to eat in the fresh air - the appetite instantly wakes up.

And if you look around - everyone is sitting and chewing something🤣

We returned home before the very hot weather. Just in time for dinner.

For lunch, chicken broth on the breast (400 g) with hard noodles (50 g boiled weight).

Lunch at 240 kcal.

I deliberately did not add anything to chicken soup for lunch, increasing its calorie content. Because I really wanted ice cream.

And if you want, you have to eat it.

235 kcal a glass of chocolate ice cream that I ate at work.

There is such an effect of limiting something. You want some candy. And you are on a diet and deny yourself candy. The desire to eat candy only increases and in the end you will eat not one candy, but a dozen. The worst thing that can be in this situation is a breakdown. But if you immediately pampered yourself with candy, nothing terrible would have happened.

Therefore, if we want candy, we eat it, write it down to KBZHU and happily lose weight further.

Towards evening, having finished all urgent work moments, I went to cook dinner. I baked zucchini pancakes with cheese and garlic.

I ate 210 g of pancakes for dinner with a sauce based on soft curd with herbs (60 g).

Dinner - 370 kcal.

Something I liked the pancakes so much, I even thought to spit on everything and go get a couple more. I put pancakes in a container to put in the refrigerator and even held one thing in my hands to eat it. But she resisted💪🤣.

In total, 1415 kcal were obtained in a day.

The heat was terrible today, I drank a lot of water. But I still noticed that in the heat, the weight increased - the liquid is retained. Probably I still drink a little water.
