#23February Very easy to make and minimal ingredients. I usually cook when I have boiled chicken, it's quick and convenient. You can take any spices, I like curry seasoning and oregano, you can add nutmeg. Try 😋.
Ingredients: boiled chicken, fresh champignons, medium onion, cream, cheese (you can mozzarella), vegetable oil, salt, pepper, spices
Cooking method:
Prepare the ingredients. Finely chop the onion, fry for 4-5 minutes in hot vegetable oil (I have olive oil). Cut mushrooms.
Add mushrooms to the onion, fry for another 5-7 minutes over medium heat, stirring.
Cut the chicken fillet into sticks (arbitrary size), add to the mushrooms, fry for 1-2 minutes.
Then add cream (I added 100 ml, more). Add salt, pepper and spices (I have 0.5 tsp. l. curry and oregano). Leave for a few minutes until cooked with the lid closed over low heat.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Arrange the finished chicken with mushrooms in a bowl for julienne or pudding, sprinkle with cheese, put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
Cool the finished julienne a little and you can serve. Bon Appetit. 😋
