Dear the day and delicious weight loss to you!
I hope you have read the information indicated in the collage above and you will not have any questions about how you can lose weight by eating such a dish.
It is very easy to lose weight - just counting calories! Are you still slicing cabbage salads and starving?
For those who have forgotten about diets and are losing weight deliciously and satisfyingly with me, today I will tell you how I recently cooked a variation of Turkish pizza - lahmajun.
You can even say that Turkish pizza just gave me an idea, or now there will be connoisseurs who love to express themselves and say that this is not the right dish and not even a variation, and so on. I do not pretend to repeat the original dish at all.
✅I needed the following products:
- chicken breast- 660 g (you can take breast and thigh 50/50 for minced meat, for example, it will be juicier, but higher than KBZHU),
- onions - 130 g,
- sour cream 15% - 40 g,
- tomato paste - 10 g,
- lavash - 60 g per serving,
- tomato - 50 g per serving,
- pickled cucumber - 30 g per serving,
- curd cheese - 30 g per serving,
- lettuce or Chinese cabbage leaves.
✅Cooking.
The first thing to do is to make minced chicken breast. Turn the breast along with the onion.
Then fry the minced meat in a pan (I don't add oil).
Salt minced meat, pepper, add dry garlic, a pinch of hops-suneli. At the very end, when the minced meat is ready, add tomato paste, sour cream, mix everything well and remove from heat. There should not be a lot of moisture in the minced meat - it must be evaporated.
For the products I used, I got KBZHU of ready-fried minced meat per 100 g: K - 143, B - 25.7, F - 3, U - 3.65.
Next, we prepare the filling.
Cut the tomato and pickled cucumbers into small cubes.
It remains only to fill and warm up.
I cut the lavash into circles using a plate - each circle turned out to be about 30 g.
I have very thin pita bread, so I took 2 circles, smeared half of the top pita bread with cottage cheese cheese, then put a leaf of Peking cabbage and put 130 g of minced meat, 30 g of cucumber and 50 g tomato.
I covered it with the second half of the pita bread and folded it in half again.
You can collapse in different ways.
You can like it - roll up 2 times, you can roll up 1 time - it will turn out like a cheburek. Or you can roll it into a roll.
Then I fried lavash on an electric grill until just a kustinka. If you don't have an electric grill, a frying pan will do the job perfectly (you don't need to grease with oil, just fry it on a dry).
Enjoy your meal!
KBZHU one serving: K - 450, B - 42.3, F - 12.2, U - 42.7.
