I offer 3 recipes for pork, beef and chicken meatballs. I myself passed all the meat through a meat grinder. I always add salt to minced meat by weight for one kilogram of meat 13-14 grams of salt.

Chicken meatballs

  • Add cottage cheese, garlic, salt, fresh dill to the minced chicken and mix until smooth.
  • Form the meatballs and coat them in flour.
  • Fry the meatballs in hot vegetable oil.
  • Transfer to an ovenproof dish, add heavy cream.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C degrees.
Place the meatballs in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Chicken meatballs

Chicken Meatballs Recipe:

300 g minced chicken
100 g cottage cheese
4 g salt
clove of garlic
fresh dill

BEEF MEATBALLS

  • Mix milk with bread crumbs and swell.
  • Add grated cheese, salt, pepper, parsley and swollen rusks with milk to the ground beef.
  • Stir the minced meat until smooth.
  • Form the meatballs and bread them.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C degrees.
  • Fold the meatballs into an ovenproof dish and drizzle with oil.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes (depending on size).

Beef Meatball Recipe:

300 g ground beef
1 tbsp. l. (15 g) bread crumbs
100 ml milk
50 g grated cheese
4 g salt
fresh parsley
pepper to taste

PORK MEATS

  • Add mashed boiled potatoes to the minced pork.
  • Dice the onion and fry in hot vegetable oil until tender.
  • Add onion to minced meat with potatoes, salt, pepper and stir well.
  • Form the meatballs and put them in the double boiler.
  • Cook covered for 10 minutes after the water has boiled.

300 g minced pork
100 g (1 tuber) boiled potatoes
70 g onions (1 onion)
4 g salt
pepper to taste
