Chicken meatballs

300 g minced chicken
100 g cottage cheese
4 g salt

BEEF MEATBALLS
- Mix milk with bread crumbs and swell.
- Add grated cheese, salt, pepper, parsley and swollen rusks with milk to the ground beef.

100 ml milk
50 g grated cheese
4 g salt

PORK MEATS
- Add mashed boiled potatoes to the minced pork.
- Dice the onion and fry in hot vegetable oil until tender.
- Add onion to minced meat with potatoes, salt, pepper and stir well.
- Form the meatballs and put them in the double boiler.
- Cook covered for 10 minutes after the water has boiled.
