Remember these butterscotch candy that is so pleasant to stretch and slowly melt in your mouth? Such is now can not buy in the store, but you can prepare yourself! We share with you the recipe for this delicacy from childhood.

Preparation:

Toffee, toffee prepared exclusively on scalded milk. You can certainly use and normal, but then the taste will be a bit like that.

So, we will need 200 ml of warm milk. Pour it into the pan, put back 200 grams of sugar, a packet of vanilla sugar, 30 g of butter and 2 tablespoons honey.

Boil the mixture for about 30 minutes on medium heat, stirring constantly. When it becomes thick and acquires a caramel color, poured into molds and put them in the freezer for half an hour, the mixture froze.

You can pour the whole mass in one form, and then when it hardens, cut into candy. And it is possible to use the molds for the ice. By the way, the form can be lightly oiled - so candy will be more readily removed from the mold.

Bon Appetit!
