Caesar salad - one of the most popular salads in the world. This is not surprising: it is very tasty, is satisfying, useful, and looks incredibly appetizing. There are many variations and recipes for this salad, and today we offer you one of them. In our opinion, this is the most delicious version that fits including for the holiday table.
Preparation:
Chicken breast, pepper, salt, add your favorite seasonings and fry on both sides. While the meat cools, prepare the croutons - cut into cubes a few pieces of loaf and dried in an oven or on a dry frying pan until golden brown. In a large salad bowl, mix salad "Iceberg" or Chinese cabbage (pick leaves hands), two sliced tomatoes. Add the sliced chicken breast. Pour sauce "Caesar", sprinkle with croutons and grated parmesan cheese (50 grams), or other hard cheese. Salad is not necessary to add salt because the cheese, sauce and chicken breast, already contain salt.
"Caesar" sauce can be purchased ready-made in any supermarket. And you can cook yourself. In a blender, combine two boiled yolk, garlic clove, 2 tsp mustard, lemon juice and half 50 g. olive oil.
