As I promised to regular readers, I am sharing a recipe for cooking turkey drumsticks with a secret. And the secret is how to cook a fragrant drumstick with a rich taste of spices without marinating for a long time.

I took two small turkey drumsticks.

We carefully cut the skin from the meat, being careful not to pierce the skin. There is no need to cut off the skin at all - our task is to free the meat from the skin.

Then we make deep cuts in the meat in a circle.

And rub the meat well with spices. I used: salt, black pepper, hops-suneli, paprika and grated garlic.

Be sure to rub well with spices in the cuts.

Then we stretch the skin over the meat, covering the spices.

Now, when baking, the spices will not burn out, and the meat will be saturated with all the aromas and tastes.

We send it to an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees for 40-50 minutes. ❗For the baking time on your oven and the size of the drumstick.

  • turkey drumstick - 800 g,
  • spices: salt, black pepper, hops-suneli, paprika,
  • garlic 4 cloves - 25 g.

KBZHU per 100g: K - 190, B - 25, F - 8.5, U - 1.5.
