Cheese soup with prawns

If you are bored with the usual soups and want something special, try to cook cheese soup with shrimps. A great option for lunch, when there is no time to cook, because the stove you have to be no more than 15 minutes.

Preparation:

In boiling water (2.5 liters), add packaging processed cheese. Cheese, pre-cut or breaking into small pieces. Ideal for this soup are suitable cheese "Hochland" in a round package, as they are quickly and uniformly dissolve in water. Other cheeses (such as "Friendship) better not to use - they do not dissolve in the soup, and the soup turns out not so good.

When the cheese is completely melted, add two medium potatoes, diced, and a small piece of butter. Until cooked potatoes, boil and clean 200 g shrimp. Shrimp are boiled for 1-2 minutes after boiling. When the potatoes are ready, add the shrimp to the soup, pepper, salt (if you think that the salt contained in the cheese, not enough). Serve the soup with fresh herbs and toast or crackers.
