Tasty and very appetizing. "Skewers" potato. On the festive table will not go "unnoticed" 😊
A prepared very simply.
The salt water is boiled small potatoes (with skins) until half. It depends on the cultivar. It took me 10 minutes.
Eggplant cut into rings, I shift into a bowl, I salt and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Next, dried pieces of paper towels.
Fried in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
Pre-soaked in water skewers.
Potatoes are peeled. I put on a skewer.
Then ring eggplant. Again, potatoes, eggplant again. Etc.
I cook the sauce. Sour cream mixed with spices and garlic. Garlic is passed through the press. You can dosolit to taste. If you like sharp little - you can add hot peppers.
The resulting grease "kebabs" sauce. From all sides. I do it with a brush.
Spread on a baking sheet.
Oven heated up to 180 degrees and put in baking it.
Cook about 30 minutes. When good browns - can be fed.
Serve, of course, better hot. This is delicious!
Eggplant can be replaced with mushrooms, slices of meat or bacon.
If the potatoes are large in size, it can be cut in half. Sour cream sauce, if desired, be replaced with mayonnaise.
INGREDIENTS:
• Potatoes (small) - 16 pcs.
• Eggplant - 1 pc.
• Sour cream - 4 tbsp
• Paprika - 1 tsp
• Provencal herbs - 0.5 tsp
• Garlic - 1-2 tooth.
