Today prepare pita bread. The most common recipe. I think that everyone knows it. But if you suddenly did not try - highly recommend. Homemade pita bread, perhaps not quite correct, but oochen delicious!
In 350 g of sifted flour 1 teaspoon add salt without slides, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 200 mL of boiling water.
All stirred with a spoon, and then his hands. I gather the dough into a ball and put away in a bag for half an hour. Just leave on the table.
After half an hour I take out the dough from the bag and knead slightly. Flour is not completely necessary. The dough turns out very flexible, upholstered and did not stick to hands.
Divide dough into 5 parts. If you have a small frying pan, it is better to divide into 7-8 parts.
Knead the dough a few hands and begin to roll. Is rolled very, very thin as possible.
Spread the dough on a well heated pan. Pita bread is baked very quickly. When bubbles appear here are - can be reversed.
And on the other hand is also quite 20-30 seconds.
Ready rented pita bread from the pan and thoroughly moistened with water, and the one on the other side.
I cover with a clean towel. And bake pita bread the next. I flip and shoot. In the same way - a little water and cover with grease. I leave a towel for 15-20 minutes.
