I share a recipe for breakfast, which takes several days to prepare, in passing! Everything is prepared very simply! There is everything, crispy crust, delicate filling and sourness from berries. Watch and cook with us!
Ingredients
- 1 pack (liter) kefir
- 1 pc egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pc sliced loaf
- 100 gr frozen berries
How to cook
So again, if you prepare everything in advance, it takes about 10 minutes to cook. I'll explain everything now.
We freeze a pack of kefir (paper, liter) in the freezer. It takes about four hours. Then, using a colander and a non-woven towel, defrost the kefir ice floe at room temperature. As a result, you get a curd cream, which I use for many recipes (snack cakes, etc.) and whey (from which I bake pancakes and pancakes).
Then it's easier, beat the egg with sugar. Add the curd mass and mix everything well. If you are too lazy to mess with kefir, take a soft curd.
We cut the loaf, apply a good layer of shaving brush and distribute the frozen berries on top (they lay next to the kefirs in the freezer). For cooking details, see the short video recipe
We bake in a preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, temperature 200 degrees. It turns out very tasty, try it!
