Are you still starving to periodically lose weight and then gorge on it again? Of course, you do not eat it on purpose, it turns out that way. And it turns out this way, because we often choose the wrong methods of dealing with excess weight and pay little attention to our diet in everyday life.

But it is nutrition that is the basis of our well-being, but unfortunately we realize this too late.

Me and many of my readers helped me to cope with excess weight, improve my well-being and maintain results by controlling nutrition by counting CBFU (calories, proteins, fats and carbohydrates).

Thanks to this control, the diet becomes balanced (it gives the body all the nutrients it needs), satisfying, tasty, and the diet can be adjusted for yourself to be comfortable.

And at the same time, overeating is not allowed (exceeding the calorie intake you need).

Gradually, eating control becomes a habit and becomes your lifestyle, helping to maintain leanness.

Today we have a joint checkweighing with the readers of my channel and I hope that the readers' results will become additional motivation for you to take a step into a new life.

And my result is stable around 69 kg, which suits me perfectly:

By tradition, I will show my menu for the day in order to clearly show that you can eat ordinary foods, without demonizing them, and at the same time lose weight or simply maintain your weight.

For breakfast I have a lazy achma (180 g), 100 g of cucumber and a little arugula.

And, of course, almost always at breakfast, green tea without any sweeteners.

Breakfast for 400 kcal.

The ration of the day I laid out for myself last night, before going to bed, knowing what products I have at home, which I need to eat as soon as possible and what dishes are prepared.

And for a snack I have a ball planned sandwich with fish - I will never refuse such a sandwich, even in favor of the most delicious cake.

40 g of toasted bread, 20 g of cottage cheese, 50 g of cold smoked pink salmon and a little arugula. The snack turned out to be 225 kcal.

For lunch, I baked 150 g of potatoes in the microwave (10 minutes and done), warmed up 150 g of grilled chicken breast and added 150 g of mother-in-law's tongue: all 150😂.

Lunch at 530 kcal.

In the evening, I prepared a salad of boiled beets with pickled cucumber, herbs, green peas, nuts (total weight 290 g), which I filled with 5 g of olive oil. The salad came out on 295 kcal.

And with tea I ate 40 g of cheese - 155 kcal

The calorie content of the day is 1605 kcal. B - 116, F - 70, U - 121.
