Today I have a mushroom soup with dumplings. Light, fragrant and delicious. If you do not like soup without meat, cook meat broth. But I usually cook this soup is so.

I stirred, bring to the boil and cook for another 2-3 minutes. At the end of cooking add chopped herbs and bay leaf.
