Ingredients:

tomatoes dense (cream)
blackcurrant leaves, horseradish, parsley, dill
bay leaf on the number of cans (2 sheets 1 jar)
pepper black pepper (3-4 peas 1 jar)
onion (1 medium onion in the jar)

Marinade 1 liter of water:

3 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 tbsp. l. salt
80 ml of vinegar 9%
vegetable oil in the spoons (1 tbsp. l. 1 jar)

Preparation:

1. Banks are cleaned and sterilized.

2. The leaves are green wash to shake off and decompose on the banks, but it is not mandatory. They can be put in the marinade, boil and then remove.

3. Tomatoes to sort, select the most dense and solid. It is better if they are a little bit is not ripe, that is brown.

4. Cut tomatoes into halves. It can be in 4 parts, but produced much better halves.

5. Onions, peel and chop the large semicircles.

6. Layers spread in a jar tomato halves and half rings of onion.

7. Boil a sufficient amount of pure water. Better if it will be a lot.

8. Pour boiling water over the banks and leave for 15 minutes, with hooded lids.

9. Drain the liquid from the cans and measure how it turned out.

10. Measure the same amount of clean water and boil for a new batch. In boiling water add sugar and salt. Boil until they are dissolved.

At the end, add the vinegar and remove from heat.

11. Pour boiling marinade tomatoes. Pour 1 tbsp. l. good vegetable oil into each jar.

12. Cover jars with lids and put into a large pot with water sterilized. To 1 liter cans 10 minutes after boiling, to 1.5 L - 15-20 minutes.

Do not forget the bay leaf and peppercorns. If there is - add 1-2 pea allspice.

13. Remove the banks of the water tank, roll covers and completely cool turning upside down.

Subject to the recipe, these jars are perfectly stored in a normal apartment, in a closet.
