Even before the reference channel, once on the next company party my husband, I prepared this salad. I do not know the secret of the success of the lettuce, but men rated it at 5, and now almost every time my husband asked him to prepare for their colleagues. Of course, I am preparing, and this time I share the recipe with you.
Salad need boiled chicken liver, it turns tastes best with it. Liver I boil with salt, pepper and leafs. The cooled cut into small strips need, and it will be the first layer of lettuce.
Each layer salad I cover of fine mesh mayonnaise. Next to the salad leaves boiled carrots, rubbed it on a coarse grater.
