This is the most favorite cookies of my child. To the best of sweet, light with a small amount of flour and sugar. Very tasty, and most importantly easy and quick to prepare. This is a classic recipe for sure many know him. But I and I decided to share the recipe.

Two eggs are divided into whites and yolks. Whipped them individually mixer with the addition of sugar to stable peaks. Since these cookies for a baby using brown sugar and instead put 60 grams 45 grams.

Once the whites and yolks whipped, they need to combine into a single mass. In two steps, I add the flour and starch, mixed gently.
