Pastries that are very popular in our family. At first glance, it may seem difficult, but no. Making dough. I add salt, sugar and dry yeast to the sifted flour (I choose those that are added immediately to the flour). I mix everything. Now there is softened butter, egg white (I leave the yolk for greasing), yogurt and warm milk.
I knead the dough, put it in a warm place and let it rise about 1.5-2 times. I have a special mode for this in the oven, but you can just leave it on the table under a towel. When the dough has risen, I knead it a little and divide it into 6 parts.
I roll out each piece with a thickness of 4-5 mm, grease the "cakes" with oil and fold them up in a slide (for details on how I do this, see the video below).
I cover it with a towel and leave it there for 15 minutes. Then I cut it all into small pieces. I grease the mold with butter and put the pieces of dough into it. My shape is 26 cm. But you can take a shape with a smaller diameter. When all the dough is already in shape, cover it with a towel and let it stand for another 20 minutes. Then I grease the pie with egg yolk whipped with a spoonful of milk on top and sprinkle with fried sesame seeds.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cake for 25 minutes. But, of course, look at your oven! The cake is ready! Let it cool a little and gently take it out of the mold. It's very tasty and beautiful)) And a knife is not needed here. Pieces from such a pie can be torn off simply by hand. Can be served with honey or jam.

• Flour - 500 g
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Milk - 160 ml
• Yogurt (or low-fat sour cream) - 2 tbsp.
• Salt - 1 tsp.
• Sugar - 4 tbsp.
• Yeast (dry) - 1.5 tsp.
