2 healthy bran recipes

Pancakes (for one person):

  • Mix 2 tbsp. bran with 1.5 tbsp. soft cottage cheese, add the egg.
  • Fry in a skillet without adding oil until golden brown.

Cutlets with potatoes (you get 3 small cutlets):

  • Pour 40-50 g of bran with 50 ml of milk, leave for 20 minutes.
  • Boil 200 g of potatoes, peel, chop.
  • Add 1 tbsp. butter, 1 egg, pour in the bran, mix thoroughly.
  • You can add some fried onions for flavor.
  • Form 2-3 cutlets and cook in the oven or in a skillet.
