Today, I will share a wonderful recipe that I had peeped in one of the cooking show Jamie Oliver. This is a very classy, simple, fast, and most importantly, incredibly delicious way of cooking mushrooms, in my case, mushrooms.
The most labor-intensive and time-consuming in this recipe is to get rid of fungi from the skin, everything else takes place very quickly.
We clean mushrooms from the skin so that they are well soaked up the sauce, which will be formed at the time of their preparation.
So, the bottom of a small pan you need to put sliced tomatoes. Top sprinkle tomatoes with olive oil, pepper, salt and spice necessarily dry ground garlic.
Next, lay on top of the mushrooms cap down, be sure to salt and pepper. Ship in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Then you must remove the pan from the oven and the fork slightly to drown mushroom sauce with educated. Tomatoes and mushrooms at this point to release the juice.
On the track, rub the cheese and sprinkle on top of mushrooms, again send it in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Simple dish of just three ingredients! I serve these mushrooms in two ways.
