Bulgur with mushrooms and vegetables

I've never cooked the rump, and always coming to the store, I ignored it, I do not know why. But recently I was pointed to a very interesting, in my opinion the recipe, and I wanted her to repeat. And get so much delicious that my husband is here for the fourth time asking me to prepare this dish. It turns out very tasty, hearty, simply prepared ingredients all available.

So, before cooking prepare all the components of our super side dish. We start with the fact that first of all is sent to the pan, and it is the onion and bell pepper.

Onions and peppers cut into strips of approximately equal thickness and length to send the heated pan with vegetable oil. While they are fried over medium heat, cook the next ingredient, namely mushrooms.

Mushrooms should be cleaned from the top of the skin and cut into thin plates. When the onions and peppers are soft, sending mushrooms to the pan. When the mushrooms are browned and the excess liquid to evaporate in the course is the next ingredient - eggplant.

Cut it into small cubes and send it to the pan. All vegetables should be almost ready when we add to it the rump.

Bulgur send to the vegetables and mix well, giving him all the flavors to be fed.

Next, send our final ingredient - tomato.

Tomatoes coarsely cut and send the same to the pan. Salt, pepper, add herbs, all mix well, add water. Cooking bulgur under the lid closed for 15 minutes. Water must be exactly twice as much cereal.

After 15 minutes, I turn off the heat and give the stand already prepares dishes under the lid closed for 10-15 minutes more, then good bulgur soaked flavors of all the ingredients.
