This recipe has become a godsend for me! When there is almost no time to cook, and do not want to invent anything, I think about this dessert. It is not a cookie, and cake, too, something in between. Incredibly lightweight, moderately sweet and easy to prepare dessert, confident that many will appreciate.

So, everything is simple, we need all three proteins, preferably chilled, to be whip to form soft peaks.

We continue whisking and slowly send in sugar proteins. This dessert is 2 tablespoons of sugar without a hill, in my opinion, this is the optimal number, is not very sweet.

After the sugar is fully inserted with the protein, as well gradually adding coconut, 100 grams.

Now, on parchment paper with a spoon lay out our beaten egg whites, and send in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

It turns out very soft and airy "rafaelka", if I may say so. Be sure to try.
