Today I share a recipe for the most delicious biscuits. I had never cooked anything like it and decided to try it, it came out very tasty.

This recipe is good because all the products you can prepare in advance. The list of ingredients and their number at the end.

First, prepare the filling, it needs to boil chicken, any suit, I had a breast. Onions need to cut half rings and fry over medium heat, just proceed with mushrooms.

Mushrooms I had frozen - mushrooms, but you can take and mushrooms.

Now you can do a test. I wanted to make the dough for fun, so I took the usual wheat and buckwheat flour in almost equal proportions. Knead the normal yeast dough and leave it to warm for 30-40 minutes.

This amount of dough is enough for two biscuits, so the second part, I went to the freezer.

Dough is rolled and 0.5 cm thick using plates cut a perfect circle, spread on a baking sheet. All ingredients stuffing mix and add grated cheese.

After that, we lay out all the stuffing in the center and gently flatten before reaching the edges of the dough to 2 cm. The edges of the dough rises slightly and form small ledges as in the photo.

We send our mini-cake in the oven for 30 minutes, because all the ingredients are ready, it is necessary that only propeklos dough. For 10 minutes until cooked sprinkle with a little grated cheese.

The result is a very a snack cake with a crispy dough and delicious fillings.

Ingredients:

Dough: 1 egg, 1 cup of milk and one cup of warm water, 1 sachet of yeast, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil, 0.5 parts. of salt, 1 tbsp. stock
sugar, 1 cup buckwheat flour, half cup of wheat flour

Filling: 200 grams of cooked chicken meat 200g fungi, 2 large onions, 150 g hard cheese
