About a month ago I published soup with sprats recipe - and here... 81 comments, with, again, half of them, even worse than the comments that have been written to the soup with dumplings! It turns out this soup is even worse! And we are very fond of this soup - and go with pleasure. And today I made a soup with sausage - and somehow I think that it will be another shock for some of them!
Ingredients for the preparation of (2.5 l):
Potatoes - 3 tubers
Carrots - 1 pc.
Onion - 1 pc.
Boiled sausage - 100 g
Pasta - 100 g
Greens
Salt, black pepper, spices
The pan (I volume of 2.5 L) pour cold water (2/3 volume) and put to boil. And in the meantime, we have time to clean the vegetables.
