Today I cook very tasty and tender salad with chicken, Chinese cabbage, potatoes and so on... Salad without a name! Easy to prepare, on a table, see "elegant" - gently. Very soon the New Year, and I think this salad would be appropriate to look at the festive table.

Ingredients for cooking:

Chicken breast (boiled) - 300 g
Eggs (boiled) - 3-4 pieces.

Chinese cabbage - somewhere 100 g
cheese - 100-120 g
For the filling: mayonnaise or sour cream with mustard

What do we do first? Of course, first boil that... What you need to boil! And this is a chicken breast, eggs and potatoes.

Then the potatoes and eggs rubbed on a coarse grater (this is after cooled down and cleaned them), cheese rub on a small grater.

Onions cut into - how do you like more - cubes, half rings or still somehow. A pickle then it - in a bowl with a bow add 1 h. l. salt, 1 h. l. sugar, 2 tbsp. l. vinegar and pour boiling water. Onions must be completely covered with boiling water.

Boiled chicken breast cut into small pieces, it is possible to divide the meat into the hands of the fiber.

Chinese cabbage will need quite a bit - literally with a cam. It is best to use the upper part of head, where there is no solid veins, and cut it should be fine, "stripes".

Salad puff - therefore take a deep bowl or use a split ring and a flat plate. I split ring from the baking dish with a diameter of 23 cm. Ring put on the plate and laying the first layer of grated potatoes, oil the top mayonnaise. Someone is fundamentally against this product can use sour cream with the addition of mustard - by the way, it's much tastier.

The second layer of lay pickled onions, naturally pressed by the marinade.

On top of the onions spread sliced ​​chicken breast, and again lubricates mayonnaise (sour cream).

On - a layer of grated eggs and mayonnaise (cream).

The final layer, which will need to cover the mayonnaise - is cheese.
