Sweet cherry - very tasty and useful berry. How to keep it for the winter?

Winter is a great pleasure to open this jar and think warm days.
To make jams of cherries can be used both white and red berries. The amount of sugar varies depending on sweetness of berries and guided by your own taste.

Jam of cherries with pits

Ingredients:

1 kg berries cherries

1 kg of sugar
350 ml water
0.5 hours. l. vanillin
juice of one lemon

Preparation:

Rinse and dry the cherries.
In a pan with a thick bottom pour water, add sugar and stirring, bring to the boil.
Then, remove the syrup and cool slightly.
Put in a little warm syrup berries and leave for 2 hours.
Put the pan on the plate and bring to the boil over low heat, stirring periodically.
Boil the jam until the berries become almost transparent.
On request, pour the juice of one lemon and add the vanilla.
After that, boil jam and pour into hot sterilized jars. Close lid, let cool completely, and only then remove the deposit.

Jam of cherries, pitted

Ingredients:

1 kg of sweet cherry
1 kg of sugar
200 ml water

Preparation:

Cherries, wash, dry and remove all bones.
Pour prepared fruit in a saucepan, pour the sugar and leave for a couple of hours.
Then add water, stir and simmer boil. Jam boil about 10 minutes, stirring and removing the foam formed on the surface.
Next, remove the pan from the heat and cool completely jam.
Cold jam again, put on fire and bring to a boil. Repeat the procedure 3 times.
The finished hot jam immediately pour into clean jars and roll up.

Jam cherry "Orientation meeting"

Ingredients:

1 kg of sugar
1 kg of sweet cherry
4 tbsp. l. water

Preparation:

Cherries pre wash, dry, optionally remove bone.
Pour fruit into a pan and cover sugar, the amount of which varies depending upon the sweetness berries.
Pour the water and put the pan on low heat.
Bring the jam to a boil, removing the foam.
Boil for 5-7 minutes and immediately pour the jam into sterilized jars and lids to cork.
This jam is very fragrant and useful as cherry falls down minimum heat treatment.
One minus - you need to store it in the refrigerator.
