To prepare to receive:

200-300 g sour cream or mayonnaise
A couple of eggs
And, salt, spices, dried herbs, dried garlic - it's to your taste ...
For planning:
Only breadcrumbs and hard cheese

Zucchini I peeled, I remove the flesh from the seeds and cut into cubes the size of a little more than a finger. It is not necessary to cut small and thin, as in the process of roasting squash reduced in size. And, do not necessarily look for the big yellow courgette, as I wrote, on the contrary, if you have young green zucchini, it's even better! They even do not need to clean the skin, and cut into wedges not only can, but just circles.

To prepare the batter in a bowl put a few spoonfuls of sour cream and mayonnaise, and not necessarily that the ratio was equal. And you can use alone or mayonnaise or sour cream only. I break the eggs and add salt, spices - be it olive grass, ground pepper, dried herbs, black pepper... More can be added dried garlic, but not fresh, it is simply burned in the oven. And if you only use mayonnaise, salt can never be added. All the mix.

To use the Ready to shop breading breadcrumbs, or make them yourself, pour onto a flat plate, on a fine grater rub any hard cheese, and mix. More, you can add fresh chopped parsley.

And now, take the prepared squash wedges dipped their first batter, then rolled in breadcrumbs.

Fold scheduled zucchini on baking, the laid parchment paper, at a small distance from each other. And bake in an oven at a temperature of 190 - 200 degrees, 20 minutes. Everything is done very quickly, be sure to try to cook zucchini in this version, you'll like it!
