The first step is to clean all vegetables, carrots rubbed on a coarse grater, onion cut into small cubes. Next, put the pan on the fire, pour a little vegetable oil (2-3 tbsp. l.), I warm up. First lays chopped onions, carrots and then after the vegetables are soft, put tomato paste. After 2-3 minutes, I lay beef, spice-I salt, pepper, close the lid and cook for about 15 minutes.
