What you need (number of products can be increased, it all depends on the number of consumers):

Bank cod liver (230-250 g)
2 boiled potatoes
Small boiled carrots
2 boiled eggs (chicken)
One briketik cream cheese (80-100 g)

One medium apple tart
Mayonnaise
Greens (any) and some walnuts
