Ingredients - all sized faceted glass, but for those who like precise figures, contents of the glass weighed on the scales:
Two cups semolina (I got 318 g)
1 cup sugar (174 g)
Half a liter of yogurt, fat content 3.2%
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
A pinch of salt
In a bowl pour first the things that "pours" - that is, all the ingredients, except the yogurt... And we mix them together. Instead of 2 tablespoons baking powder, baking soda can be put.
Next, pour yogurt (temperature does not matter), and carefully rub the rim, not to leave lumps. We reserve the contents of the bowl on the table for at least 30 minutes and an hour would be better to semolina swollen from time to time, you can stir the mixture.
I passed an hour ... Now, take a suitable form for baking, it is best not to split, lubricating oil, sprinkle with flour, if the form of silicone that "procedure" could be deleted. Pour the mixture into a mold semolina.
Manna bake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, according to the time it will take about an hour.
