What you need to prepare:

A pound of ground beef, all in its sole discretion

A quarter cup of milk
One small chicken egg
Small onions
A couple of cloves of garlic
Salt, pepper, spices ...
Vegetable oil for frying meatballs

Before you add oatmeal to beef, they need to be "wet"... That is, in a bowl, pour the milk, add the egg and agitated, and the resulting mixture is filled into flakes. Leave for 30 minutes for them to swell. If you take small flakes, milled, and then wait and do not need 30 minutes, stop 10.

While flakes swell, shred onions, garlic, add in minced meat ready.

After, adding swollen flakes, spices, ground black pepper, salt. Stir.
