Very tasty and quick cabbage simple way!
It is eaten in an instant visitors at any meal and its preparation takes only one day.
Minimum products and costs, and what a wonderful result!
Ingredients:
2 kg of fresh cabbage
3-4 carrots
4 cloves of garlic
salt
Marinade 1 liter of water:
Article 0.5. Sahara
2 tbsp coarse salt with a slide
10 stuff peas pepper
5 gvozdichek
4 things. leafs
Article 0.5. 9% vinegar
Preparation:
1. Cabbage cut finely chop or a special knife.
2. Carrot Wash, peel and grate.
3. Chop the peeled garlic, but not through the press or grater. Better cut.
4. Prepare the marinade: 1 liter of water add spices and seasonings, boil for 10 minutes. Then pour the vinegar.
5. Pour previously cooked and cooled down marinade cabbage in a wide saucepan.
6. Cabbage pin load and left for 2 hours at room temperature.
Give cabbage and marinade to connect and finally cool.
7. Put cabbage in large three-liter jar and put into the refrigerator overnight or about 24 hours.
8. A day cabbage is ready for use.
The refrigerator is well kept under the usual cover.
